La casa de Thalía y Tommy Mottola en Miami

Aquí está el nuevo atractivo de esos paseos en barco que muestran las mansiones de los famosos. Como no podía ser de otra manera, es enorme. Y como no podía ser de otra manera, está en una de las exclusivas islas de Miami Beach, en este caso Star Island. Todavía no está terminada, pero la imagen sirve para apreciar cómo será el hogar del señor y la señora Mottola, que pronto integrarán la lista de ricos y famosos que habitan la isla.

 
Pero no hace falta pagar un paseo en barco para ver el nuevo hogar miamense de Thalía. La mansión puede verse fácilmente desde la autopista que conecta Miami con Miami Beach.

Buenos vecinos. Los nuevos residentes de la zona tendrán como vecinos de barrio a amigos como Gloria y Emilio Estefan.

Hecha a medida. Podría decirse que es un poco grande para tan solo dos personas, pero el tamaño de la casa viene bien para una pareja que acostumbran a hacer fiestas masivas (basta con acordarse de su boda en Nueva York).

Siempre mamá. Y no podía faltar, claro, la casa de huéspedes en la parte delantera. Dicen que la visita más frecuente será la de doña Yolanda Miranda, madre de Thalía. Aunque también se comentó que su hija cantante ya le regaló el departamento que tenía en Manhattan, Nueva York.

Miami adorable. La casa de Star Island se suma a la mansión que la pareja tiene en Nueva York, Thalía, se sabe, adora Miami, su sol, sus playas, sus centros comerciales y las amistades que hizo en esa ciudad. Sólo falta que celebre allí su segunda fiesta de casamiento, como anticipó hace tiempo.

Today, I was amazed at Thalia´s news of her new image as grupera. In
the magazine “Tv y novelas”, there are some pictures of her new image. I can
tell you Thalia looks great, different but, great so sexy and she
is wearing an earring in her navel and a lot of earrings in her ears
three in the top of the ear and two down.

It has ten 10 songs of her three last CDs that had been a success in the
radio and two (2) new songs that were composed by Thalia.

Thalia CD in Banda, Mariachi, and Tambora. No Given Title Yet of the Record.

Thalia finished recording her CD with accompaniments in banda, mariachi and
tambora and nothing in grupero that has more mockery about political
promises. The only thing that is lacking in this new record CD is the title
of it and maybe, according to the news, it will be entitled "Reina y Ritmo"
(Queen and Rhythm). But EMI doesn’t want to tell us (TV Notas) anything. The
first single of the CD will be in the airwaves soon and the CD will be on
sale in July. But Thalia wants that the CD appears  until September 15 to
coincide with the date of her debut as a singer in “Timbiriche” singing
group.

For Thalia this new CD isn’t a simple one for, she will be celebrating her
20 years in show business as singer and actress this year.

THALIA LIVE IN CONCERT AT ZOCALO OF MEXICO D.F THIS SEPTWMBER
NEW CD WILL BE RELEASED IN JULY 31

The song “Reencarnacion” was launched this Saturday as the new
Thalia single in Mexico. The song is being played in all the radio stations
here. I’m sure this song will be another success for Thalia.

The new CD will be on sale starting this 31st of July as confirmed and also
it’s also confirmed that her concert in The Zocalo of Mexico D.F (Mexico
City) this September will push through as Thalia celebrates her 20th
anniversary as a singer on this date. Thalia wanted that date because that
date coincides with the date when she was introduced as the new member
integrate of the “Timbiriche” singing teen age group.

Thalía estrena clon

Estrena figura de cera mejorada y adelgazada
 
Thalía aún no ha podido ver su nueva figura de cera que será exhibida en México, pero seguramente le agradará. Tras varios meses de trabajo, los artistas del Museo de Cera de la Ciudad de México lograron moldear una estatua más estilizada de la cantante y actriz, con una cintura que le hace justicia a la Sra. Mottola y con la que reemplazarán a la figura actual.

Luego de cuatro años de exhibición, el Museo de Cera buscó renovar la figura de cera de Thalía, pero cuando se dieron cuenta de que el nuevo vestuario confeccionado por Mitzy no le entraba a su estatua, decidieron crear una nueva.

Y no es que figura de cera haya engordado misteriosamente, sino que, como explicó a Univision.com un experto del museo de cera más famoso de Latinoamérica, Mauricio Ravner, "las figuras no se pueden mover o posar" una vez creadas.

Así, varios artistas trabajaron durante meses para lograr moldear una Thalía más estilizada y, sobre todo, con una cintura más breve que pueda lucir el entallado chaleco negro que la artista usó en su video musical.

Vivirá en Guadalajara

La nueva pieza de cera - con un peso de 70 libras - ha recibido ya la aprobación del maquillista, peinador y modisto de la cantante.

Para hacer mas realista la escultura, el maquillista de cabecera de Thalía pintó al maniquí y la larga cabellera fue creada por expertos en pelucas, con especial énfasis en el color.

La primera versión de la figura no será destruida, sino que se donará al Museo de Cera de Guadalajara, además de utilizada en algunas giras o intercambios con otros museos.

Que Thalía diga cuando

La idea es llevar a cabo la inauguración el 27 de agosto, día del cumpleaños de Thalía y cuarto aniversario de la develación de su anterior figura de cera, pero la Sra. Mottola tendrá la última palabra.

New Wax Figure of THALIA is Already Finished, Old One Will be Donated

Thalia can’t see her new wax figure yet, that will be unveil in Mexico.
Before a lot of months of work the artists of the Wax Museum of México got
to build a figure more fitting to the singer and actress with the smallest
waist that made just for the Mrs. Mottola.

The new figure with a weight of 70Lbs was approved by Mitzy. The old figure
with the “Maria Mercedes” look, won’t be destroyed as it will be donated to
the Museum of Guadalajara.

The idea is that the inauguration will be on August 26 that the birthday of
the singer and also is the fourth Anniversary of the first figure but,
Thalia has the last word.

 Miami, Estados Unidos.- La actriz mexicana Salma Hayek fue seleccionada como la Artista Femenina Más Sexy, desplazando en esa categoría a la cantante Jennifer Lopez, de origen puertorriqueño, según una encuesta de la revista People en Español.

La publicación, con sede en Nueva York, divulgó los resultados de "Monitor de popularidad Hot" del año 2001, luego de efectuar un sondeo de opinión entre 1 mil 400 latinos de EU para determinar quiénes son las celebridades más populares en esa comunidad hispana.
Salma Hayek

Hayek intercambió lugares con Jennifer Lopez, quien ocupó el primer lugar el año pasado, y además, la actriz mexicana está entre los primeros lugares en las categorías de Actriz Preferida, Más Popular y Más Confiable.
 
La modelo colombiana Sofía Vergara ocupa el segundo lugar, seguida por la actriz galesa Catherine Zeta-Jones, la actriz estadounidense Vanesa Williams,la cantante mexicana Thalía, la merenguera puertorriqueña Giselle y la cantante colombiana Shakira.

Fernando Colunga, actor mexicano, "le robó el primer puesto" al popular cantante puertorriqueño Ricky Martin en la categoría de Artista Masculino más Sexy, donde sólo aparecen ellos dos, y también alcanzó primeros lugares en las categorías de Más Popular y Más Confiable.

María Elena Salina, también de origen mexicano, encabeza esa categoría en la versión femenina, seguida por la estadounidense Barbara Walters y María Celeste Arrarás, quienes empataron en la segunda posición.

En el tercer lugar está Katie Couric, presentadora del programa matutino Today de NBC, y en la cuarta posición también hay un empate entre Connie Chung y Diane Sawyer.

Los encuestados también seleccionaron a Óscar de la Hoya como Atleta Masculino Preferido y Cristina Saralegui se mantuvo como La Presentadora de Programas de Discusión Preferida.

Cuando se les pidió que identificaran a las personas que consideran Modelos Ejemplares Femeninos y Masculinos, la mayoría contestó que su padre y su madre.

THALIA WILL RETURN TO POP, APPEAR IN ESPACIO 2001 & A MUSICAL SPECIAL

Thalia  still has a little surprise for her CD in Banda because three of the
songs were written by her. And also she is preparing her new CD
that will be in POP and until now, we don’t know if it will be all in
Spanish or in English that could represent her cross over in the Shakespeare
language. (P.S. I think it will be both in Spanish & English as I read it
before. Let’s see when it gets launched) The fact is that it is for all the
little national stars who can catch up with her as they should begin their
careers again.

And also in the same magazine it said that, Thalia has agreed to participate
in a Televisa event named “ESPACIO 2001”. Thalia will be in a conference
about the Latins who are with more success. This is an event that Televisa
do every year for the young people between 18 and 23 years old, people who
are studying a career. This event will start on June 11 until June 16. I
don’t know exactly date when will Thalia
appear on this event but definitely would be one of those days.

¡¡¡THALIA TO RETURN TO SOAP OPERAS AGAIN!!!

    The host of the TV program, "Aqui Entre Dos" yesterday said that, Thalia
will return to the soap operas very soon and also said
that the history is a short one because Thalia is dedicated to her
career as singer. They further said that Thalia already read the script of
the history/story and she agreed to doing it, and furthermore, stated that
very soon Thalia will be in Mexico to do the soap opera. I think that the
soap opera will have only 60 episodes as it was quite said in passing.
